As we all know, the oil and gas industry has had quite a rough time the last couple years. Consistent volumes and orders declined significantly, as our customers worked through their inventory levels. Read More
Inventory is one of those labor-intensive, but very important parts of managing a business. It is a huge undertaking that allows GPC to show customers our financial accountability. While we have a sophisticated ERP system, which tracks inventory throughout its life cycle, we also do a physical inventory annually at the end of September utilizing an outside audit firm to ensure standard and consistent accounting practices. The construction of our new state-of-the-art facility is moving along! Slabs have been poured for all three buildings: the material’s building will be complete on 9/15, the manufacturing building will be complete on 10/15 and the office building will be complete in December. Read More
